As a Technology Trainer for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, I design and deliver training for staff across multiple sites, helping teams adopt Microsoft 365, AI tools, and other technology systems. I create both in-person and virtual learning experiences tailored to the needs of diverse adult learners, ensuring the skills they develop are immediately applicable in their day-to-day work. My work bridges instruction, systems thinking, and practical implementation to support sustainable technology adoption across the organization.
I design practical, accessible technology learning experiences for adult learners in organizational settings. My focus is on bridging the gap between tools and real-world workflows, helping individuals and teams build confidence and competence with technology.
Training sessions are interactive, engaging, and tailored to learners’ needs. I emphasize clarity, hands-on practice, and sustainable skills that can be applied immediately in daily tasks.
Current areas of focus include:
Microsoft 365 adoption and workflow integration
AI literacy and practical use of tools like Copilot
Digital organization and collaboration systems
This section will continue to grow as I develop additional resources, sample training materials, and insights from ongoing projects.
